Late Cancellations and Etiquette Policy

I am a sole provider in my practice. I have limited appointment times available. I reserve this time especially for you, I ask that my patients extend the same courtesy. 24-hour cancellation notice is required. $50 will be charged for missed appts. or late cancellations.Please call if you are going to be late.

I schedule my patients one after the other, no gaps, if you are late time will be deducted from you reserved time. Full payment for services expected.

No children allowed during treatment. No smoking or drinking before or after treatment. Please shower and silence your phone before treatment.

Payment will be made at the time of service. Cash & Venmo (maribel-moran-5) Cash App ($MaribelMoran5) accepted. Insurance is not accepted but will be happy to assist in the reimbursement process.
